Developed a comprehensive customer segmentation model for Ikeuchi Europe by analysing five years of purchasing data across 300+ companies.

 

The goal was to quantify Value of the Customer (VOC) and Value for the Customer (VFC) using a mix of financial, behavioral, and strategic indicators, ultimately supporting tailored pricing strategies.
