Career Coaching for Students in the Netherlands

Are you unsure about what comes after graduation? You're not alone in this journey.

I help students in the Netherlands — Dutch and international — figure out their first professional step when the career path is not obvious.

Not everyone feels lost.

But if you do, this is for you.

My story — my career was not a straight journey

I am originally from Romania, and I moved to the Netherlands in 2013.

I studied Tourism Management at Inholland Hogeschool — a degree that had almost nothing to do with where I ended up, but for sure supported me to find my path.

I later completed a Master's in Marketing Management at the University of Groningen, worked my way through internships, contract roles, and a lot of uncertainty, eventually became International Head of Marketing and Senior Marketing Lead at several European companies.

Nobody handed me a roadmap. I figured it out through trial, error, and the kind of honest conversations I wish I had access to as a student.

That is what I am offering here.

I also know that AI has changed the conversation entirely — and that the gap between what universities teach and what employers actually expect has never been wider.

The gap between university and the dutch job market

What it is — and what it's not

What I offer is a structured space to:

  • get clearer on your direction

  • sharpen how you present yourself

  • and build a more intentional approach to your career search

Think of it as a pathway, not a shortcut.

The outcome depends entirely on the work you put in — not on the sessions themselves.

What this services does not do is:

  • recruiting, as I am not a recruiter

  • promises of job placements

Who this is for

Students who:

  • feel lost about direction

  • have already tried something that did not work

  • and are ready to be challenged rather than reassured.

Dutch or international, any business or commercial field.

Who this is not for

Students who:

  • already have a clear path

  • want someone to do the work for them

  • or expect a guaranteed outcome
